Behind the Design is expanding its talent acquisition team looking for a rockstar who be an invaluable player in the world of talent scouting. As an entry-level Talent Coordinator, you'll be making a difference at small interior design businesses around the country.

Our ideal candidate will elevate our team with these MUST-HAVE skills and experience:
- Resume Screening & sourcing experience with a minimum of 3 years of practical application.
- Persuasive writing experience with impeccable editing and copywriting capability.
- Engaging communication skills where you prefer to talk over the phone via text.
- Alert organization skills with the ability to pivot quickly and maximize time management.
- Tech savvy wizard typing over 60 WPM, use of Google Suite or equivalent daily, and always showing your friends or family how to solve their computer problems.
What does a day in the life look like as a Talent Coordinator at Behind the Design?
- Create and edit copy - from hire ads to contracts, you will be drafting the verbiage that will entice and explain what a day in the life looks like to attract candidates and update our client's HR docs.
- Schedule Interviews - half of your day is spent on the phone talking to candidates and getting he/she/they scheduled for our Directors of People Operations to interview.
- Manage candidate communication - from responding to ad applicants to confirming their appointments and managing the database, you are the master admin for keeping it all organized.
- Talent scouting and relationship building - you will constantly be building our candidate database of top talent that needs to find a good home.

This entry-level role has a negotiable base salary and benefits starting at $20-22/hr. Additional bonuses are available per placement based on production.
