S&OP Coordinator

Maipu – Chile


Primary Purpose of the Position:

  • Lead the S&OP process, monthly basis, 18 months horizon. Lead the Collaborative Planning Forecast and Replenishment program for Chile, Ecuador and Bolivia.
  • Responsible for the Statistical Forecasting process. Adapt requirements to demand and analysis the supply confirmations, identifying and communicating the risks to achieve the sales plan to the Local and Regional team
  • Control the inventory level according to the FCF target.
  • Support "Class A S&OP" vision and practices.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the S&OP process, encompassing cross functional participation of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service
  • Owner of unconstraint demand, to create, consolidate and update the sales forecast, according to the S&OP process
  • Coordinate S&OP meetings with cross functional participation of sales and marketing associates.
  • Active support in master data governance, responsible for taking care of good management of Master Data of the Cluster Portfolio.
  • Adapt requirements to demand and analysis the supply confirmations.
  • Identify and communicate the risks to achieve the sales plan to the Local and Regional team
  • Constant internal and external benchmark looking for the best practice to improve forecasting process.
  • Maintain statistical models using specialized tools
  • Report forecast accuracy and bias metrics and perform root cause analysis for continuous improvement.


Education & Certifications:

  • Engineering school or equivalent.
