Who You'll Work With
The quintessential 82i client is “Mr. Founder” – a classic “idea guy” (or girl!) entrepreneur who has been heads down for years building his business. After many years of late nights, rejections, and “coffee chats,” Mr. Founder has finally achieved product market fit – a certain segment of the market loves the product. After the initial excitement wears off, Mr. Founder wakes up and realizes he has a whole host of a new set of problems to solve. He isn’t quite sure of his approach – and that’s where you come in.
What You'll Do
As an Operations Analyst - Go-To-Market Support, you will be a crucial part of 82i's Operations Team, providing essential assistance to our Go-to-Market senior management and team. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating and executing operational activities, managing project timelines and deliverables, and creating communication material for 82i, client, and partners. supporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams, and being flexible with the dynamic requirements of a growth stage company (that serves growth stage companies).
Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects, while also helping to drive the overall success of our Go-to-Market team.
Roles and Responsibilities
GTM Support Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute operational activities with the Go-to-Market team.
- Manage project timelines and track deliverables to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to ensure effective, efficient work products both internally and on behalf of clients/partners
- Analyze data to provide insights for decision-making
- Support the Go-to-Market team to ensure positive customer relationships, prepare presentations, capture customer feedback, organize GTM projects, create reports, and ensure on-time/on-budget delivery
- Support customer and market research efforts for segmentation, development, refinement, and competitive analysis
- Operate in support of the development and maintenance of a comprehensive GTM strategy, including product positioning, messaging, target audience, and launch plan
- Monitor, report, and analyze performance against KPIs for optimization opportunities
- Organize client files, notes, and resources across multiple platforms (primarily Slack, Google, email, and Notion)
- Capture client and customer interview notes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in a Go-to-Market or marketing environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, work well with all levels of management and staff, clients, and vendors
- Proficient with Google Suite, Front, Notion, MS Office, Slack, LinkedIn, and HubSpot
